guests to walk through and be visited by lorikeets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3>SESAME STREET SAFARI OF FUN<\/h3>\n<p>This is a vast area dedicated to kids, entirely safari-themed.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll be able to meet the characters from Sesame Street and watch one of their hilarious shows, climb inside Elmo\u2019s Treehouse, or try out the family coaster.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-5948\" stats:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>61 meters high<\/li>\n<li>2 90\u00b0 drops<\/li>\n<li>Top speed of 110 km\/h<\/li>\n<li>972 meters long<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Impressive numbers, but the best part of this ride is the water dive toward the end, creating a misty splash that\u2019s a welcome refreshment on Florida\u2019s hot days.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large clear the initial ascent and continue along the intricate course.<\/p>\n<p>It shook me up quite a bit \ud83d\ude05<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-5950\" src=\"https:\/\/www.parksandfun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/tigris-busch-gardens-1024x576.webp\" alt=\"tigris busch gardens\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.parksandfun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/tigris-busch-gardens-1024x576.webp 1024w, Kumba.<\/p>\n<p>Congo River Rapids is the classic \u201craft\u201d ride, while <strong>Kumba<\/strong> is a coaster that deserves respect.<\/p>\n<p>Opened in 1993, this coaster set the bar very high for its category.<\/p>\n<p>Its stats:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1,212 meters long<\/li>\n<li>44-meter drop<\/li>\n<li>97 km\/h<\/li>\n<li>7 inversions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" It opened in May 1980 as Timbuktu and has undergone many changes to reach its current form.<\/p>\n<p>There are many attractions here for younger guests, as well as the Pantopia Theatre, but the real stars are elsewhere.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scorpion<\/strong> is the park\u2019s oldest operating coaster.<\/p>\n<p>The craziest feature of this ride, which opened in 1980, is its small loop that, due to the high G-force, allows for minimal restraints! Try it to believe it \ud83d\ude05<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-5952\" src=\"https:\/\/www.parksandfun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Scorpion-1024x768.webp\" alt=\"Scorpion\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.parksandfun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Scorpion-1024x768.webp 1024w, https:\/\/www.parksandfun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Scorpion-300x225.webp 300w, https:\/\/www.parksandfun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Scorpion-768x576.webp 768w, https:\/\/www.parksandfun.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Scorpion.webp 1440w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Opened in 2014, <strong>Falcon&#8217;s Fury<\/strong>, at <strong>102 meters<\/strong> tall, is the <strong>tallest standalone drop tower<\/strong> in North America!<\/p>\n<p>But that\u2019s not all.<\/p>\n<p>Once at the top, the seats tilt forward 90\u00b0, putting you in a diving position like a falcon, before plunging straight down at <strong>100 km\/h!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, during my visit, the ride was closed for major maintenance.
